"I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth " Exodus: 34:10 (KJV)
God is good to us

Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart. Psalms 73:1

Psalm 73 was written by King Asaph, who writes after his long life’s experience. The same experience could also be related to our everyday life. Our life is full of pitfalls and mounds. As we walk through such a path, we are bound to slip and fall. The Lord assures us that through the life’s narrow path He will hold our feet from slipping. That was the experience of Asaph which made him write this psalm.

Our days on this earth or few and numbered. In our short journey, God’s leading and guidance is essential to walk in the right path and to be received in glory in heaven (Psalms 73:24). In our life’s vicissitudes, no one can claim that life will be the same to them. But let us remember one thing, if God impels our paths, we can be victorious in our life despite the situations.

Victory is for what all of us are striving very hard.

How can you lead a victorious Christian life? Seek God early in the morning and at times when he will be found. Is your way of life not up to your expectation? Are you not satisfied in your job, family, etc.? Ask God why it is like that. He will reveal to you your shortcomings and change your situations. Stop worrying about your debts and failures. Satan the deceiver cheats you into worrying about all these things and make you forget the presence of God. Alternatively, you can seek God and remain at his feet to solve your problems. God is pleased with all those who diligently seek his face.

Cling on to God. For whom have we in heaven but for Him and there is none upon earth that we can desire beside him (Psalms 73:25). He is Lord who listens to us when we cry out to him. Psalm 72:12 says, for he shall deliver the needy when he crieth and the poor also and him that hath no helper.

Slavery to sin make a man to bow his head at all times. He will be unable to lift his head to the Lord. First, confess your sins and repent for it. Then, the Lord shall surely listen to you and deliver you of all the troubles.

Draw near to him and put your trust upon the Lord, you shall witness the great things the Lord does in your life and glorify His name.

As you read this, today, take a vow before the Lord that if he grants your hearts desire that you will glorify Him and draw others towards Christ.

May the Lord give us the grace to be pleasing before his sight. May the Love of the Father, grace of His son, Jesus Christ and the Holy communion of the Holy Spirit be with us all.
